08.01.15:    Dequarterisation of Ellamanchili, Lankalakoderu, Gummuluru, Khandavalii,    Vundrajavaram, Mandapaka, Relangi, Penumantra and   Velpur SOs.

Reply:      On receipt of reports from the SDHs, the cases will be further processed with R.O.

13.07.15:   Submersible motar available at Narsapur SO is not working from last two Years.

Reply:      R.O. Vijayawada directed AE(Electrical) , Hyderabad to examine the Submercible                    Motors & bore work of Narsapur . AE(Electrical) reminded by R.O. on 03.01.2017 & 20.02.2017.

05/07.12.15 &
 06.07.2016: Abnormal delay in processing of building matters, causes unwilling to the landlords to renew lease deeds and badly impacts on others who are coming forward to offer their buildings. Ex. Peravali, Sivaraopeta SO  and  Kalla SOs.

FRAC has to visit Peravali SO
IIIrd level FRAC has to visit Sivaraopeta SO
FRAC met for Kalla  on 1.11.2016. A.O(IFA) not agreed for the rent of Rs.7000/- Issue informed to R.O. Vijayawada and reply from R.O. is awaited.
               
5.03.2016  : Repairs to the UPS and Generator of Mandapaka SO

Reply: Repairs completed for one UPS. Generator is under AMC and will be completed basis on the AMC official’s report. (I/C)

10.10.2016: Request for supply of printer catridge to Konithiwada SO

Reply: New printer has been supplied(I/C)

11.10.2016: Request for immediate repairs to the laser printer at Yelurupadu SO . The SPM has already submitted request along with service engineer’s report.

Reply: New printer has been supplied(I/C)

14.10.2016: Requesting for processing of GDS transfer case of Sri V.V.Nageswara Rao, GDSMC/MD, Serepalem BO a/w Mogalturu SO  which was abnormally delayed.

Reply: Unions are   precluded from taking up individual items that too GDS(I/C)
                                                             
17.10.2016: Request for supply of copy of authorized balances of Pass Books and IPOs  to all HOs and SOs

NEW ITEMS:

01/03/2017: Request for immunity Transfer: Com. L.Sanjeeva Rao, SPM, Yelurypadu SO has been elected as Treasurer in the Divisional Conference of AIPEU Group-C held on 04.12.2016. The official and the Divisional Union have submitted its representations for considering the transfer to the official to the Head Quarters i.e. Bhimavaram on immunity grounds as per the provisions contained in the directorate orders.. But, the same is yet to be ordered. This union once again requests the kind authorities to consider the same as early as possible for smooth functioning of divisional union.

Reply: This will be examined.

02/03/2017: Request for identification of LR strength: L.R. strength is not identified from the last couple of years. The same was brought into the notice of administration in the previous monthly meetings. This was placed as an item in the monthly meeting dtd 03.04.2016 . Administration informed that the work is under process and the item was marked as closed. But, it appears that no action has been taken so far.

Reply:This will be examined

03/03/2017: Request for supply of adequate stock of paper at least for 3 months requirement. Placing request for supply of paper became a regular duty to all postmasters since adequate quantity of paper is not being supplied on any occasion. Previously , indents were supplied on Half year requirement basis. Now this union urge the administration to cause supply paper atleast on the requirement for 3 months period.

Reply: Matter has already been taken up with R.O. vide letter No. J/Lp/DO/Dlgs/2016 dated 15.12.2016 and J/LP/DO/Dlgs /2017 dated 11.01.2017. However, to meet the requirements of offices, paper is being purchased in the local market at regular intervals within the power of the Divisional Head(I/C)

04/03/2017: Request for passing all pending RTF bills immediately.

Reply: All pending RTF bills have been passed.(I/C)

05/03/2017: Request for payment of PLI/RPLI incentive for 2015-16. Consequent on implementation of MccCamish software, it is very well known that the incentive/business performance reports are being generated in the software itself. But, incentive is not paid so far.

Reply:  Workshop is going to be conducted on 04.03.2017 in respect of Ma-camish package by getting the processing of payment of incentive in  system in work shop. After that bills will be passed subject to availability of funds.(I/C)

06/03/2017: Issue of orders on enhancement of FSC charges. Directorate has issued orders on enhancement of FSC charges to all the officials. But, the same has not been communicated . kindly issue necessary instructions to circulate the orders  up to  down level.

Reply:This will be done once again (I/C)

07/03/2017: Request for getting repairs to the UPS system provided for Bhimavaram HO.

Reply: AMC has been taken , but the AMC officials yet to be visit . The issue is under process and will be rectified as soon as possible.

08/03/2017: Supply of Computer Chairs:- This item was brought into the notice of the Hon’ble         DPS , Vijayawada Region in the presence divisional administration. Hon’ble  DPS has positively responded and issued instructions on the subject. Hence, it is requested to process the same immediately.

Reply: The matter will be taken up with R.O. after assessing the requirement of the Division  & after meeting of Divisional level LPC.

09/03/2017: Request for grant of Treasury Allowance:  Treasurer, Sivaraopeta SO assumed charge on 19.2.2015. His tenure completed and relieved. But, Treasury allowance sanctioned by the Competent authority even after completion of his tenure though the statistics have been submitted to Divisional office well in time.

Reply: This will be examined & suitable action taken

10/03/2017: Request for expediting the process of shifting Post Offices:  One landlord submitted his willingness and floated tender 11 months back for Rayakuduru SO . Even after lapse of 11 months , the SPM is unable to inform any constructive reply to the landlord despite his repeated enquiries. The same situation is also being prevailed in Sivaraopeta , Kalla
Landlord, Palakoderu has submitted letter 3 years ago for enhancement of his FHR. No further progress has taken place in this regard.

Reply:
The rent demanded in r/o Rayakuduru , V Peta & Kalla is niot in the financial powers of SSPOs.. FRACs constituted and their visit is awaited.
For Kalla , A.O(IFA) has not agreed for a rent Rs.7000/-.Matter was referred to R.O. and reply is awaited.
Palakoderu: Report of IP is awited.

11/03/2017: Request for providing Complaint Number for technical complaints at Divisional office level: As and when technical problems rise, SPMs are informing the same to Divisional Office over phone or by some other official means for seeking further assistance /Guidance . But, it is very unfortunate to mention that due importance /response and follow up action is not being done. Hence, if complaint number is given at D.O.  level for technical problems , it will be very helpful in taking constructive follow up action and prompt response in addressing the technical issues.

A Register will be maintained at Divisional level to note & act.
Distribution of offices to SAs shall also be examined

12/03/2017: Request for filling up of all vacant treasurer posts in the forthcoming RT-2017.

Reply:This will be examined

13/03/2017: Request for accord permission to Narsapur SO for getting repairs to chairs. The SPM has submitted request 6 months back.

Reply: E-mail received from Postmaster, Narsapur SO on 28.02.2017. a setailed report has been called for. Action will be taken accordingly.

14/03/2017: Of late, officials are being directed to undergo various trainings without giving adequate time for making required arrangements. This is resulting in a lot of mental agony of the officials due to non availability of reservation and as well as in security aspects. Hence, it is requested the kind authorities to inform the same well in advance for successful completion of their trainings .

Reply: Training orders were issued immediately as and when received. There shall not be any delay on the part of Divisional office.(I/C)

15/03/2017: Request for deployment of Postal Assistants in Sanctioned post only in the light of acute shortage.

Reply:This will be examined
