Submission of staff problems – reg.

While welcoming the Hon’ble Director
Postal Services, Vijayawada Region, Andhra Pradesh Circle to the Bhimavaram
Division on their official visit, All India Postal Employees Union is
submitting the following items for their kind consideration and favourable
orders.
1.Request for allotment
of funds for sanctioning of long pending T.A.bills.
2.Request for
expedite the processing of building matters. Land lords who offered their
premises are expressing displeasure and withdrawing their proposals due to
abnormal delay. Ex. Kalla , Sivaraopeta, Vissakoderu and Rayakuduru.
3.Request for
supply of computer chairs to H.Os and S.Os. Proposal was sent to R.O. on
21.07.2015 and 24.02.2016.
4.As the Hon’ble DPS is very well known, Bhimavaram
Division is having good working culture and pro-active attitude. Union leaders
also front runners in B.D and technology aspects. But, unfortunately, members
are depriving of hard earned trade union provisions and facilities. No monthly
meeting has taken place since 21.7.2016 inspiteof repeated requests. Even
replies or acknowledgements are not giving to the letters submitted by Unions. Hence,
it is humbly requesting to take needful action for arranging monthly meeting
with service unions.
5.Request for
payment of arrears to the contingent staff.
6.Abnormal
delay in processing of GDS transfer cases.

7.Services in
so many offices are badly effecting due to non functioning of UPS Systems since constant AMC support is not available.

Off the
record:-
1..As per the
earlier instructions of the Circle office, all the officials had given either
Bank account or POSB account for crediting Salaries. But, off late, Insisting
the officials to give POSB Account only for crediting Salaries.
2.Abnormal
delay in dequarterisation proposals. Item was listed in the monthly meeting dtd
8.1.15. But no progress in this regard so far.
Ex:-
Ellamanchili, Lankala Koderu, Gummuluru, Khandavalli, Vundrajavaram,
Mandapaka,
Relangi, Penumantra and Velpur S.Os.
